so, it went great although a little bit rushing..

It suppose to be a little "heaven" this day as it has no class scheduled in my time table. but, have to go to HEP.. =) AGAIN~ meetng with pn. aisyah.... a whole day.... ~.~

i'm trying to get that proposal for the jamuan raya to be approved ASAP..
(I really wanted the budget before holidays..) but, i guest i cant.
(ok, plan B~...) ~.~
but, a good news, TNC dah tahu hal ni n my proposal bakal approve.. GREAT~ =)

I get my proposal back... (and the letter nak mintak budget)
today, mmg xd kelas.. sume dah dibatalkan...
ramai dah balik, ak je yg tercengang kat kampus.. haha!
so, menolong exco penajaan yg kelam mencari penaja..

so... off then.. jumaat berehat di rumah... I'm kinda getting into the mood of raya.. but, mcm dmam je.. so, a whole day sleeping.. aahh... relief~

Iftar Jamae (majlis berbuka puasa bersama anak2 yatim)

Pada 6hb September, Persatuan Pembangunan Insan dan Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar telah mengadakan satu majlis sempena menyambut bulan Ramadhan ini iaitu Majlis Berbuka Puasa bersama Anak2 Yatim bertempat di dewan serbaguna UNISEL
(aku ingat nanti nak propose r nak tukar nama dewan ni.. macam nama dewan orang ramai MBSA punye je~)
hahaha~

So, majlis itu berjalan dengan sangat2 lancar dan sangat2 meriah. agak sedikit terkilan kerana UNISEL kampus Bestari Jaya xdapat menghantar banyak wakil dan anak2 yatim UNISEL. tapi, event itu tetap meriah~

Alhamdulillah~

Pengaturcaraan majlis sebenarnya telah bermula awal lagi dan sponsor yang dapat pun agak banyak~
(credit to saudara Amal, exco penajaan untuk event ni juga merangkap Bendahari MPP UNISEL kampus Shah Alam)
*aku bangga dow dengan ko! bravo laa! cukup je bajet ko untuk event ni~
hidup bendahari MPPUNISEL! haha!

so, anak2 yatim dari Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih(RALK) datang dengan uniform merah mereka. ada beberapa aktiviti di dewan dah diatur untuk mereka~
kedatangan mereka sangat2 dialu-alukan...
so, my job on that very fine sunday... Sebagai exco jamuan.. big job

kali ni, ak jadi org bawah je.. =)

so, tugas ak dapat menyediakan bahan dan mengacau bubur lambuk
(i mean, Meng"kacau" bubur, bukan kacau orang buat.. haha~)


so, the process begin..

heee.. ramai2 turun siapkan bubur weh,.. sedap xboleh blah.. Mutu pun turun buatkan bubur tanda sokongan. Dia pun suka bubur lambuk 2. =)

so, the anak2 yatim RALK disambut dgn best skali.. hee.

diorang sangat2 hepi wat aktiviti..

the activity goes on till the nite. NC datang, all the TNC turun..
(FYI, NC pun datang kacau bubur lambuk skali taw.. terkejut aku.. tetiba je dia datang.... I'm really2 happy he came with us along...)

balik mandi, datang balik malam tu...

So the nite goes on as a usual nite in Ramadhan. ada solat terawih di dewan. malam itu juga diisi dengan program khatam Al-Quran dan bacaan tarannum.
the memories will never fade away..
it is just a great nite.

melihatkan anak2 yatim sangat2 hepi, really makes me smiles. Sejak matriks lagi, ak kalau boleh xnak lepaskan peluang datang ke rumah anak2 yatim atau menyambut mereka dalam apa2 program di dalam bulan Ramadhan.. (sekali pun cukup..)
kesan dia, sangat2 besar..

agak sedikit tersentuh hati bila mendengar rintihan salah seorang daripada mereka pada petang itu.. dia menceritakan apa jadi padanya dan bila dia masuk RALK.. tetiba dia ada cakap..

"adik tahun ni ambil UPSR. tapi, adik xpandai membaca dan menulis sangat. tp, adik akan cuba buat yang terbaik.."

hmmm... semangat? tetap ada... rangsangan ibu bapa? mungkin kurang.. atau tiada..

sedih mendengar..
xdapat menolong banyak.. ~.~

pukul 10 malam lebih kurang, diorg pun balik... terkilan ak lagi.. (adeh~).. ak xbawak lak dompet ku time2 ni..
dah bertekad dah.. ak dah la xbagi smthng kat diorg.. maybe a little money can cheer them up.

ok, I am one of the SRC and I am also a student, so, this semester, 4 of my subjects is a 4 credit hours subjects. it means that, it is kinda tough subject to be learn. (also a 3 hours class throughout the week...)

lecture is on the same day.... (itu boleh tahan lagi..)
pagi dan petang... (boleh tahan lagi...)
pagi, biochem, 3 hours..petang, microb, 3 hours... (that's not a good news..)

duh...
bukan apa, skali 3 jam kot... 2 kali lak 2..
why not buat macam 1st sem dulu, kelas 2 jam, pastu, esok kelas sejam lagi..
just nice... masuk skit apa yang diorg cakap...
I can't remember where i read this psychology knowledge..
it says that, students usually will concentrate in class about the first 30 minutes, and then the minds will go somewhere else..
(maybe the research is right..)

"Ko kelas sampai 3 jam??? aku dgn ko kelas kat maktab dulu sejam pun dah ngantuk gila mcm org mabuk, ni ko lak dapat 3 jam masa kat U??"

maybe our country just seen all this psychological view of something macam..

pas2, bl sampai unisel, ada je kerje2 MPP yg ak kene buat.

so.. i've started my semester 4 (2nd year, 1st sem) about 2 and a half weeks ago.
really2 excited yet exhausted.. (penat fasilitator MTS xhabis lagi..)

so, pelajar lama register khamis n jumaat.. then, i'll expected jadual kuliah dah keluar la dalam hari sabtu or ahad cam2...
then, pergi lak jalan2 sama parents ku..
lupa tgk jadual.
so, i'll be arriving at the campus about 8am this Monday morning pasal kelas start generally 8.30am...

FIRST DAY OF SEMESTER 4...
Monday, 17th August 2009..

Aku call din dalam kul 8am cam2..

aku : weh apek, kelas pukul berapa weh?
din : mana ak tahu. ak baru sampai umah sewa kot..

aku : ada r. korg tgu kat mana??
jr. : kat jalan r. xseberang jalan pun..
aku : tgu seberang jalan la.. hadeh.. so, korg kat mana neh?
jr. : ktorg ramai2 jalan nak g kampus ni!!! bas xd.
aku : (sengal gak dak2 ni~) laaa... ada la bas.. kelas korg pukul brape??
jr. : kelas 8.30am laaa!!! huuish~ eh.. amek ktorg leh.
aku : haaa, yelah2. tgu kat petronas 2.

hadeh.. dak2 jr neh..
huhu..

so, i drove my car searching for them. then, ak ingt 2,3 orang je yg xth cari bas hari 2. amek ko, skali 7 orang! huish. nak jgak diorg pack masok kreta ak (so far as i know, dat is da heaviest and largest amount of passengers i've been carried since my father bought this car.) wahahahhaa!

aku geeelak je sepanjang hari 2. lawak gl kot. ak carik dak2 2, melukut tepi jalan cam indon kontrak. ahha~ (memandangkan seksyen 7 shah alam dalam proses pembangunan, so, indon ramai gl tepi jalan..)

so, the weeks end up really nicely with not much lecture at all.
agak pelik r lecturer byk xmasok..

-problem solving algorithm
-entrepreneurship
-pengajian islam

need to refresh back all my molecular biology and chemistry knowledges..
(gila lah...)
as microb and biochem is a multi-disciplinary subject, so, need more critical yet combination of knowledges thinking in bio+chem+genetics..
huu~

WISH ME LUCK GUYS...

really miss all my friends in my batch. short sem byk kelas kecil, so, xslalu jumpe semua dak2 riang ni..
(and, my senior friends lak ramai buat assumption untuk certain subject.. so, ramai yg ilang masa short sem..gila best dak2 2 blh PK@pengecualian kredit... untung dow..)

hope this semester, the GPA and CGPA will getting higher and the knowledges of sciences and life will getting stronger..

once an old wise men said, study smart my son, as u go on, u will see urself in what u r studying.. knowledges reflects how u r.. how human react and its habit.. study for life.. not for the final paper... take the good as a guide, and the bad as a lesson.. u will get and be a human or a caliphate as u SEE what u r studying..

Semester 3, Year 1... the journey just about to start. Part 1

Short semester? Just another tough n enjoyable journey in my life. hee~

Life is full of colours and I think, this short session of study really mean a lot to me..

What have I done and what happen? haha~
many things happen in it.. REALLY.
Aku hanya belajar 2 subjek je.
1) Principle and practices of Management
2) Technical English II
(mcm senang je kan)
haha!
just being enjoyable... =)

I'm really lucky that i have had a really fun, flexible and knowledgeable lecturers to teach me. (diorang kata, Mr. Lim xkan bagi A kat budak2 dia. haha! I'll take that as a challenge... hee)

so, my Management lecturer is Mdm. Huda (also a biotech faculty staff). she is really2 flexible and happening. haha! dia mmg byk btl knowledge dlm management. heee...
next, Mr. Lim as English lecturer. haha...
ramai xnk dia coz, awal2 lagi dia dah ugut. (dgn nada yg tegas)
"I am rarely giving an A's to my students. haha! cuak kot~
memandangkan aku dh pernah belajar dgn dia masa sem 1,tahun 1. so, aku tahu dia mcm mana.
and, he will give an A if ur work suit for it. A really tegas and goo lecturer.
(no wonder dia jadi one of the important people in Examination Secretariat~)

so, talk about this two subject that is why made my course named "Bachelor of Biotechnology Industry" ("industry because we all learn business, management etc related, as a minor),
it really makes me wonder and get into my life after the graduation day..
How to life, skill to survive in a company and how to apply for it.

basically, in Tech. English II, they r teaching us more on techniques on things related to how we should attend an interview session (interview and all the "pantang larang" in it~), how to write letters before we got works, after and during works and also how to attend and arrange a meeting during work (in a protocol manner~)
so, what can u see?
It is a really fun and exciting class for me!
it is like a new world for me. heee..
we learn and practice many stuff!

1st practice.. MOCK INTERVIEW.

we had been divided into 2 groups.
each group will interview each other.
the interviewer group will be lead and given questioned to be ask by Mr. Lim.
so, we r being interviewed.
ONE by ONE..

I am really relieve (and maybe proud of it~ hee). 1 of my answer being praised by Mr. Lim. He ask in the interview room.. "Tell me 1 of your difficulties when u r in this biotechnology field works." (lebih kurang cam2 r dia tanya) So, i answered, "I have one experience when me and 1 of my friend being left a day in a lab, running all the operations and procedures by ourselves. the machine can't stop. so, we have to make our own decision without our advisor. (actually, we have to pretend to be a person yang dah graduate and ada experience bekerja, so, kdg2 kena make-up stories a bit...)
(a little moral: jgn pekakkan telinga untuk mendengar pengalaman orang. kdg2 ia berguna for our future undertakings~)

NEXT in English practical.
Meeting session (buat mcm MUET discussion exam)
but, it is like a real-based meeting situation.
so, we had being divided into 6 per group. my group got this type of meeting..
DOWNSIZE MEETING.
aku punya la blur "downsize" 2 apa..
huu~

So, it is like this...
we need.
A speaker, (also as a GM in a company)
A secretary
4 head of departments.
{we decided to take human resources(HR), Marketing, Research and Development (R&D) and Production department.}
Downsizing is all about decreasing and minimizing all the stuff and money used by the company.
(in another way of talking, the company is affected by the economy downpour, increasing raw materials prices etc~)
tengah gawat r kiranya kan.
So??
do u think it is easy to buang2 pekerja begitu je??
tukar raw materials used without affecting the quality??

(no wonder mr. lim kata this topic is one of the hardest~)
And when it all ends.. we r glad that we r "fighting" wonderfully during the session.

he told us, that is what meeting is all about. everyone is talking and defending themselves..
(dept. mana laa yg nak pekerja dia kena buang atau decreased in any way~)
we happen to need much more time to make the conclusions... haha. (ingtkan xcukup masa~)
so, the meeting is really2 happening.. sampai most of our group member response..
"kita kena berlatih selalu ouh. the meeting is just nice!"
aku seronok tol semua org enjoy... =)

NEXT SUBJECT!
Principle and Practices of Management..
really new. xpernah2 belajar management.
(most of it berkaitan business and company management laa~)
so, things get soo messy..
4 kelas pertama, memang aku blur... xdpt rentak.
mcm, xth motif belajar management. hu~
after struggling to study more on it..
heee! the rhythm is there! haha!
gotcha! ^.^
basically, management subject is all about how to do and manage difficulties in a company in a right, appropropriate, systematic, planned way~
just nice.

but it depends on how u take and practice the education.
setakat being a book-oriented person is not good enough.
we must be practically good in what we read about.
